Traditional moulds for making natural cheese. The clay is fired to a lower temperature so it still retains some porosity along with many holes for draining the whey. The baseless cylinder version is perfect for making camembert style cheese. The angled version with a base is also good for slightly softer cheeses and paneer.

Glaze Guide

Each piece is handcrafted by me in my studio in Worcester. Although I work to specific designs, slight variations in size, shape and finish are to be expected. You can order a set to be made in one batch which ensures even more consistency between each piece.

Made to Order Sets

I recommend you handwash your handmade pieces to care for them gently and extend their lifespan. They are safe in the dishwasher, however as with mass produced pieces, the harsh dishwasher environment can dull ceramic surfaces over time and increase risk of chips.
