This workshop will take you through the mesmerising and soothing process of throwing on the pottery wheel. Over an hour and a half, I will teach you the foundational steps of throwing. Group sizes are three maximum and held at Earthrise Pottery Studio in Barbourne, Worcester.
There is no limit on the number of pots you can throw in the session while gaining confidence and practising the different skills. At the end you can choose your favourite two pieces to leave with me to dry and fire with a food safe transparent glaze.
The workshop is suitable for beginners and those with some experience of pottery. Aprons will be provided but you may also want to wear old clothes.
