I use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for most orders, with postage calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Each piece is carefully wrapped and securely packaged before making its way to you. I try to use compostable packaging where possible and the bubble wrap I use is waste from a local business who had no further use for it. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll be happy to help.

Returns

Ceramics: You have 14 days from receiving your items to request a refund and another 14 days to return the items. They must be returned unused, undamaged and in a saleable condition. Please note that I do not refund the original or return shipping costs. To return an item please email me. All sample, second, and sale purchases are final and cannot be refunded.

Workshops: You may cancel a course and receive a refund within 14 days of booking. After 14 days of booking, refunds can only be made if I am able to fill the space, minus a £15 admin fee. All courses are non-transferable. In the event that I have to cancel a course, due to unforeseen circumstances, I will offer a refund or rearrange the workshop to a suitable date for most participants.
